Dr. Abhimanyu's Pain Relief Center was established on 19th April 2019. It was the first specialised centre in Pain management within the Ayurveda sector. The centre uniquely combines Ayurveda techniques such as Agnikarma and cupping therapy with modern modalities including Chiropractic and Dorn therapy to facilitate early recovery for patients.

In 2021 Ayurgenomics Botanicals Private Limited was founded as an Ayurvedic pharmaceutical company with its own formulation of herbal medicines and supplements. Today we offer more than 22 products that are available in Raipur, Bengaluru, and across online marketplaces like Ayurgenomics Botanicals’ own store, Amazon, and Flipkart.

Apart from our Raipur centre, Tomorrow’s Health Ayurveda in Bengaluru serves as a dedicated Panchakarma unit. Recognizing the strain urban lifestyles place on health and wellness, this space has been created to give metro residents access to authentic Panchakarma under expert guidance.

In 2023 we launched telemedicine services for Pain and Piles so that patients who cannot visit in person can still consult our expert doctors, receive free guidance and diet plans, and have Ayurvedic medicines delivered to their doorsteps. Follow-ups happen every 10-15 days to monitor progress and maintain continuity of care.

Progress is impossible without change. Embracing that change, we are excited about the upcoming multi-speciality hospital – Dr. Abhimanyu's Ayurveda Multispeciality Hospital – which will feature dedicated care for Pain, Piles, Panchakarma, Paediatrics, Gynaecology, and Skin/Derma under one roof with a 20-bed facility and a team of specialised doctors and panchakarma therapists from Kerala.
